CUPS & UPS 

• Join the Redeemer family for "Cups & Ups" on a Saturday of each month. We gather for "Cups" at a local coffee shop.  Then we set out to hike "Ups" a local trail.  The hike is usually around an hour long. Email [email protected] for specifics about our next hike.

• Get your heart racing with some outdoor activity. Join some young adults from the area for ultimate frisbee at Bellevue Memorial Park Tuesdays around 5:30pm until dark.​
